My passion for coaching and helping women create and live healthy lives is my life's work. With the changes in my life, I have become even more passionate about empowering women to reach their health and fitness goals.
As a mom of three kids with a wonderful husband, I could maintain a healthy weight and nutritional balance for many years. In 2015, my doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong, my blood pressure was high, and I was on five medications to control it at one point. In 2018, after experiencing a new allergy to shrimp that sent me to the ER, I started a road to many tests. In 2019, I was diagnosed with Primary Aldosteronism (a kidney disease) and began to experience life and my body differently. I struggled with balancing it all, learning to adjust my eating habits, new medicine, my older changing body, kids with many activities, eating out often, and so on. With stress from all angles, I gained 20 lbs. Everything was tiring. I was experiencing burnout as an educator, so I left. I walked away from something that I loved because I did not balance my priorities and all the things that are asked of educator. I was always struggling, but I knew I had to make a plan and make a change. I have coached myself post-baby three times to lose 40 pounds each time and also coached my clients to look beyond just workouts and develop a lifelong plan to help them lose and keep weight off. I came back into education after one year and I am very thankful for the people I have that surrounded me through my transition back. I could do it for my new life, and I did.
One thing I have realized about being a coach is that the definition of success differs for everyone. By working with me or taking one of my courses, you will learn the fundamentals of making "pivots" and building consistent habits to reach and maintain your goals & gains (and losses) and still enjoy your favorite foods. You will also learn how to make your own personalized fitness and nutrition plans with the help of my favorite apps or use the ones I have created based on your goals.

I've been an educator for more than 15 years, and my passion is coaching women for fitness and performance. I know that staying motivated and tracking your progress can be tough, but with my expertise, I'm confident that I can help you achieve your goals using measurable metrics.
I am the Founder and previous owner of Texas Sport & Social Club- Waco, in which I spend 7 amazing years brainstorming, developing, and creating adult co-ed recreational leagues for over 2,000 young professionals. My favorite part was the awesome people that I met. I've also competed in various competitions and Spartan races, and I've even worked as a Spartan SGX Trainer. But what makes me most excited is empowering other women, mothers, and caregivers to prioritize self-care. Trust me, taking care of yourself is so important, and it'll help you care for the people who matter most to you.
As a busy mother myself, I totally understand the challenges of balancing family life. But, I'm here to help you find ways to prioritize yourself without sacrificing anything else. You can still be a great wife, mother, and athlete all at the same time. Let's do this together!
