Weather you’ve decided to use my courses, on-demand programs, or work directly with me, always review the plan. An essential part of my framework is the detail in the plan. Know the plan, follow the plan closely, achieve results.

During our 30 minute call, I will have the opportunity to learn more about you, what you have done in the past and discover your priority goals*. You'll also have the opportunity to ask me any questions and together we will decide if we are a client/coach match.

Plan for Pivots

Another essential part of my framework is to measure progress, and make pivots (or adjustments). Focus on the quality of measurable outcomes, tracking metics, and make adjustments. These are essential parts of my coaching practice.
