Welcome to the December Step Challenge! This month is all about an intentional focus on getting in more steps, movements, increase the amount of time we are physically active. Iām not going to lie, being cozy on the sofa is so tempting in this cold weather.
This challenge is easy. Log your steps at the end of the day. Make sure your fitness device that counts your steps is charged nightly and ready to go. If you have a iPhone, you can carry it around and it will count your steps too.
