November Gratitude Challenge

As the nights become longer and the days become shorter, we tend to spend more time indoors, with our thoughts and whirlwind of ideas, worries, joy, and complications of life.


For the next 5 days, I challenge you to place an intentional focus on gratitude. Each day has two intentional gratitude task that you can choose from. Do the one that resonates with you most (or do them both).
