As Many Round As Possible Workout #2

Hello Team and welcome to the October Preview! With fall weather approaching, it's time for indoor workouts and the return of pumpkin spice. Next month, our focus is on AMRAP, which stands for As Many Rounds As Possible. In these workouts, you aim to complete as many rounds as possible before the time limit runs out. I've designed my workouts to have low reps and high intensity, so it'll be a great challenge.


Next month, I'll alternate between HIIT, AMRAP, and strength training, but for now, Ill's focus on AMRAP. If you decide to join me for the October AMRAP preview, remember to take rest breaks when you need them. As Peloton instructor Adrian says, it's okay to take an emotional lap. I'll be adding this workout to my week 2 September HIIT Training plan, which you can check out here if you missed it.
