Here are the instructions for playing the game:
1. Begin from Column B.
2. Roll a dice.
3. The number on the dice is the exercise you need to perform for the number of reps specified in Column B.
4. Once you complete the exercise in Column B, move to Column I and repeat the above steps.
5. Keep repeating the above steps until you have completed all the columns.
6. The objective of the game is to get BINGO either diagonally or across the board. (You need 1-5 to win)
7. Playing this game with a partner can add more fun and excitement to the game.
